Recently it's occurred to me that some UCP members cannot drive manual transmission cars, or cannot drive cars period. Time to separate the men from the boys.

Can drive stick.
Cars driven: 1993 Plymouth Voyager, 2007 Volkswagen City Golf, 2001 Acura 3.2 TL, Chevrolet C5 Corvette, BMW 330Ci. Maybe a few others too.
I "can" drive autos, but I don't like to.
Three pedals for life.
Edit: We wanna play the "I've driven..." game...
VWs: Mk2-Mk5, all variations. B3-B6 Passats, Eurovans, Beetles, Bugs, Touaregs, and I think I drove a Vanagon once.
Audi: A4 1.8T fwd.
Other stuff... Couple Honda Civics (only car that ever left me stranded anywhere was a Civic...), RSX, Cavaliers, Cougars, a couple Buicks, Mazda 6s, Jeeps, Chevy pickups, Ford pickups, Dodge pickups, Miata. Sprinkle a few Nissans and other garbage cars in there for good measure.
I work at a car dealer. What can I say?

Can't drive yet... ****ing driver's ed department! But I'm enrolled now. Taking it online
Okay. Time to really separate the men from the boys: Who can drive a non-synchro manual? And who amongst them can/has driven a non-syncho crashbox with straight cut gears? Who has driven a Wilson Pre-selector gearbox? Who has driven a car that requires the driver to adjust the spark?
Driving a car with a Scirocco trans that still has the original fluid in it in 20 degree ambient temps > driving a car with no synchros.
Me = win.

havent got my full license just yet. But I've never driven an automatic since they're usually saved for lazy business men or elderly people here in the UK.
I worked on a cattle farm as a kid and got to drive an early 60s Chevy flatbed & late 70s GMC dumptruck with non-synchro gears. I didn't realize it at the time, but thinking back on it they were definitely non-synchro. My friends granddad has a 63 Austin Healey which I got to drive once, but it was in a parking lot so I only made it into 2nd. Anyways I'm pretty sure it was as well.
Manual all the way. (autos too, but they're boring- Unless its my girlfriends 89 civic sedan, that thing is endless fun)
Driven manual cars?
'91 Nissan Silvia, '96 Subaru liberty, '96 toyota Seca, '04 Ford Falcon XR6 Ute, '96 Subaru impreza GX, erm, I think thats about it for manual cars. Not many unfortunately, but for my first year and a half driving its not too shabby. NB: unlike some other UK members I havent crashed (or damaged) any of the above cars, let alone underpowered FWD hatches
EDIT: Also, i wont add the auto's theyre boring cars.
