Right now im 17, a High school senior and living at home with the parents. But if plans go right, during next summer ill move out with a couple friends near the JCO i plan to attend for 2 years then move down to Austin to go to UTA. I'll probably sell the tiburon im driving now and get a GSX-R to get around and keep my GTA. =)

    Thats the plan anyways.

Living with mum and her partner now, but they'll be selling/moving soon, and not taking me. Hoping I can get my dad's pad which he doesn't really use since he's moved in with his girlfriend next year. Right on the beach, close to the city, fingers crossed. Would be paying rent on that.

I wasn't being sarcastic I swear! Living with the parents is awesome, I hate doing laundry, cleaning dishes, getting the groceries, etc... everything at my expense.

Some of you guys have some great deals... I'm paying US $1320 per month!

With my parents, two sisters and one brother, all older. I don't plan on moving out until I get a stable job and that'll be a while from now since I just started school.

My aunt started renting a rent-controlled apartment in Santa Monica about 15 years ago, she pays I think a little under $800/mo while all of her neighbors that have moved in recently play close to $1,800/mo. Lucky S.O.B.

i thin what you need is a house wife...
my wife just quit her job, so i get all that done, without having to live with my parents.

and that sucks... im paying 200 less for a 1800 ft^2 house in a very nice neighborhood. with only about a 10 min commute. very nice.

unfortunately still with parents. Next year if I go to university I'll have my own flat. If not then I'll be renting one with my girlfriend anyway.

The time has come to leave the nest. I think I've over stayed my welcome with my family

i'm living in a flat with my parents.

i'm shocked how high are the prices. in about half a year i'll be moving to warsaw, capital of poland. i want to live in centre area, in a small flat, probably sharing with somebody, and i'm planning not to pay more than 150 euros/month which still i regard great expense
