yeh i just posted this becuase no1 had already. iam an nsx lover and apart from the new v10 engine it doesn't look honda too me. especially not an nsx definately not one bred from japan. its all a rumour so hopefully the facts are all wrong. saw an na2 nsx r the other day at a show ummm i want one.
I agree with jenkens...i have no idea why they would make a front engine touring car to replace the nsx...unless they are trying to share a platform but they arent doing that so they might as well make it mid engined.
A woman goes to the doctor to figure out why she is having breathing problems...The doctor tells her she is overweight. She says she wants a second opinion...the doctor says, "your ugly".
thats fair enough...
well why didnt they work it? if its one thing Honda does best its build screaming engines... they had, for the time being, one of the best bases for a fairly supercar engine yes even if the chasis was 13 ears old when they pulled it i beleive it was still one of the best chasis going around... realy stick it to the fast supercars... even a stepping stone into GT1 in ALMS and LMS... theres the marketing problem solved
heres hoping... makes a lot more sence that way

Here's a video of the car running, at least we know that it will sound nice and go fast

Word is there is a revolution of FR cars coming from japan by 2010, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru will all have a small RWD coupe or sedan out shortly. so hopfully this is just a tester body.

Why does it look so much like a BMW from the rear? hmmm...
It's quite obvious it's to compete with the Lexus LF-A. I'm quite sure we'll see it racing in Super-GT before any production ones hit the road...

A little update.
NSX testing on the 'Ring.
Sounds really nice. But it does sound like a waste if they decide to put a heavy 4WD system into it.

Well what's the point of having a V8 and making it slow? Why not use a smaller engine and achieve better fuel economy?
Anyway, it's 0-60 in 5.8 seconds...and has 375bhp. (C/D)
Fuel economy is 17mpg city
25mpg Highway
It weighs 2 tonnes, and there's no manual gearbox.
Why Hyundai why?
