    Dear Mustang owner;

Looks sweet. But here are your options:

    1) trade for a Saleen
    2) convert that into a Saleen
    3) trade for a '03 SVT Cobra

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Nash

Hi - You'll have to forgive Nash . . . the Saleen "Self hypnosis" tape seems to work.

No offense taken. I actually went to my dealership with the intent of purchasing a Saleen. But after driving an S-281 and then the Cobra, there's really no comparison. The N/A 4v engine is noticeably stronger in the higher RPM range than the N/A 2v.
As for the Saleen mystique......... well, they're actually pretty common around here..........

Now I won't argue about the '03 Cobra. If I wouldn't take such a beating on the trade-in, I probably would...... but I paid cash for this one, so I'll just wait for the '06 Cobra now.

This is the ONLY Saleen worth having (besides the S7, of course)..............

methinks Nash is a victim of American marketing hype.

You people can't sit there and say that the Saleens aren't the best sounding/best looking/most agressive looking mustangs. I mean look that them.

    I hate you people.

Er... it's only a 'stang. The engine isn't that special IMO. Look at what the corvette LS6 engine manages with pushrods . . .

Don't be a hater just pick a better car

The Saleen S7's Ford V8 is based on this engine.

Just had the Ms. point out an obvious oversight on my part in my introductory post here..... It seems that in my haste, I failed to include a pic of her personal ride (aka "The Tank").
With the included optional grille guard, it actually proves quite effective when dealing with inconsiderate afternoon traffic commuters in Atlanta.........
