    I plan to drive over 600 miles to attend the race for the second time in two years (with around 500 on biodiesel as I know of a station 100 miles from me with B99).

    It looked like Penske was wearing their new low drag wheels, but the resolution wasn't good enough to know for sure. Did anybody get a better look? Looking forward to tomorrows LMP2 battle.

    The RSR's owned the F430's in qualy although Risi had the wrong man in the car IMO. Salo had qualy duties and he cannot handle the Ferrari on the limit like Melo can plus he makes more mistakes. Sure enough he braked too late going into the corkscrew and drove through sand, down the bank which damaged the splitter. Things just didn't seem right with his pace from the start, maybe the car was already damaged or they totally missed the setup.

    Farnbacher got third in the Tafel 430 a half second behind two RSR's, Werner on pole in the Loles car with a new lap record.

    I think Audi got P1 pole.

    In P2 Brab's put in a great hot lap for top spot. Three Acura's in the top four.

    Magnussen set GT1 pole with a new lap record.

    They ran the aero rims on at least one car at Petit le Mans.

    I was thinking they practiced with them on the #7, but didn't run with them. I could be wrong.

    The Petit Le Mans winning #5 car was the one that ran with them.

    #7 car practiced with them in night practice.
