Excepting the iQ there's nothing even remotely interesting in their lineup, that I can think off at least.

Why does it seem that these TRD cars are so rare though they are not as expensive compared to other high-performance cars...
    Everything ends at 666...

They're rare and inexpensive because no one wants them. The people who want a sports-luxobarge-performance car get an M-class, S-Type, AMG, etc. Toyota's are for boring people who want a good all around car.

no offense intended with that last statement

It's easy to see why no one bought them. For the same money as a the 241kw, FWD, Auto-only Aurion you could have a 317kw 6.2litre LS3 HSV, or a 310kw 4litre turbo 6 FPV, both with manual gearboxes and RWD, and stability control that can be turned off.

Ooops... the last statement hits me... Don't worry, i'm okay...

It's just that I like the Aurion 3500 SL very much...

If i'm not mistaken, it cuurently holds the record for the most powerful FWD production car... (pls. correct me if i'm wrong)

We discussed that some months ago, and indeed the TRD Aurion is the most powerful front wheel drive car ever.

Not that it is something to be especially proud of...

WTF... did I just typed "only 100 kph at reverse"...

    I'm sorry...

I was comparing 250+ kph of the forward speed of the aurion to the 100 kph reverse speed of the 9ff..

I couldn't prevent typing the word "only" due to the speed comparisons, i didn't counted that it was reverse...

The only TRDs I've seen are NASCARs.
So, on that basis, good riddance.

Should Comcast, which is buying NBC, have more motorsports coverage on VERSUS and now NBC? Does North America need a racing tv channel? Find the answer to that exact question on facebook.
