Given the recent news about Renault and Flavio I had to share this.

Damn you, Smash, damn you!
I had to say on some Italian tabloids I've seen worst images...then don't ask me how he manages to be surrounded by chicks all the time.

Raikkonen back to McLaren for 2010? Can anyone confirm this?
I don't know how reliable of a source The Mirror usually is, but allegedly they had claimed in the same article that Kimi had won his 2007 WDC with McLaren.
With Massa's future uncertain and the threat of Alonso being punished, it might be a very risky move for Ferrari to let Räikkönen go. Especially as he's seemed to be somewhat motivated again.
It might be too little, too late on the motivation side of things. Raikkonen was expected to take charge and lead the team, something hes not been too bothered about whilst Massa was expected to support the team, but has become an equal challenger. Maybe they want clear roles in the team again, which is why theyre chasing Alonso, or theyre just tired of Raikkonens laid back attitude.

Whitmarsh said this a few weeks ago.
"Kimi's really raised his game and all weekend has done a great job and Heikki has always been a fantastic team player and a good asset in our team but his race pace hasn't been good enough."
Renault has been conditionally suspended for two years. Briatore has got a perma-ban from F1.

From all FIA motorsports actually.
I think this is a bit of political decision, I can't see him being more or less guilty than Symonds (or even Piquet himself) if not for the fact he is far more annoying than the other two.
And honestly I can't think this is the only occasion something like this has been organized, much less I see the point for such a corrupted and political-affected environment as the F1 is to be so surprised and shocked.
I would have punished Piquet even just for being silent on the matter for a whole year and coming out only after evil-flavio ruined his game.
Apart from the good old Haug, all the old bosses are leaving.
Todt and Dennis already did, Briatore has been banned, Tiesen is basically without a future.
Ok, Williams is still there, but he doesn't seem to gather as much attention as it used to.
Less and less intersting, F1, do I ever know you?
Yesterday I watched the FIA GT round in Portugal.
Only 7 cars in GT1, one of them starting from the pits and always out of the games, and in GT2 there were only 12 cars.
All in all 19 cars, and only 5 models (MC12, C6.R, S7-R, GT3 RS and F430 GT2), but plenty of action and even the MC12 #2 gaining the 3rd spot at the last lap with an actual overtaking, not some pit-lane action.
Absurd.
EDIT: I forgot about the Ford GT running under 2010 regulations, so 8 GT1s and 11 GT2s.

Wtcc! Wtcc!
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
do you or your family own a wing mirror factory?
I think (most of) the action in WTCC is about who can push hardest against other cars to find a way forward. It has little to do with driving capabilities. And once they have settled after two laps, it becomes the same parade as in F1.
