We should make a list of all the UCP apologetics.

Amusingly you spelled criticised the British way.

The 300 odd hp V6 Coupe is gonna cost like 25k Autoblog said.

It looks bad, but still, sign me up.

arrogance of the Benz people, they still think that everybody wants to be like them....

Eventually they'll blame the AMG division for trying to be like them.

I'm interested in the Genesis Coupe too, altough the sedan won't make it here, the coupe might. I hope so.

As for the Honda Jazz (Fit) winning th best design award, just no.

    this.

I like the Genesis Coupe, and perhaps I would also consider the sedan, living on the other side of the ocean.

The sedan already has a V8, so I can see them just shoehorning it into there for shits and giggles easily.

I would imagine saving it, like you're saying, for a special edition model 1 or 2 years down the line when sales start to dip.

Speaking of the Genesis, the Hyundai made a supercharged version with like 480? hp and showed it in Chicago but said no production plans. But maybe...

Possible. Or bring it out now and give the Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger a run for its money.

If they do that, it'll create a perfect halo car to gain credence to the auto world in general.

they have said on many occasions that it wont fit in the coupe. and so not to ask, because they arent going to do it.

Ah damn. I didn't know that. But it'd be nice if it did fit.

They obiviously aren't trying hard enough...lol

If Brabus can manage to fit a V12 in a C class, they can find a way to fit a V8 into their own coupe...

they should offer a version with the v8, no a/c, radio, no interior bar a dash and seats. not even carpet. keep it just barely road legal, give it the best brakes they can, stuff in every performance part they can afford to, don't sell it with a warranty, and sell it for cheap. dont build it to any series spec, but give it a good start to getting there, or make it a cheap but effective trackday/autox car.
