I started a diet recently as well, I've never been overweight, but 2 weeks ago I reached 202lbs (heaviest that I've ever been) and my height = 6'1"... I got a bit scared, I don't look fat, but I'm turning 25 this year, my metabolism has changed a lot, and a lot of friends my age are gaining weight, so I started a diet based solely on eating less. During my first 10 days I lost 10lbs... Now it slowed down a bit, I'm currently at 190lbs and losing a bit of weight every day. My goal is to be around 180lbs, which is what I used to weigh 3 years ago.
Good job on those 22lbs, it feels great to lose unwanted weight doesn't it?
