It was quite the sight to see three dudes trying to get the tire off of the rim. The tire bead was just as big of a pain as the whole process itself. One of the guys suggested to cut it off of the rim, but that would take forever.

Reminded me as a kid my dad was manager at Terex plant here in Scotland and they had one of the monster Terex trucks in and changed a wheel on that.

Took 3 other pieces of Terex equipment to do it
They also had 6 family cars "parked" in the tipper
