The Type C was launched at the Paris Salon in 1921. Originally available as a 2 seat Torpédo finished in yellow (hence its nickname "Citron", it was joined by a 2 seat cabriolet in 1923 and in 1924 it was superceded by the Type C2 with a choice of 2 seat Torpédo, 3 seat Torpédo and 2 seat cabriolet. In 1925 the C2 was in turn replaced by the C3 which remained in production until 1926.
