The best pizza I've ever had was, oddly enough, in Edinburgh. It was at Rocco's Italian Restaurant in the Royal Mile, just next to St Giles Cathederal.

franfran, have you tried Crust pizza?

No, I've seen a couple of their places though. Are they restaurants or just takeaway and delivery? I couldn't quite tell from their website.

Gourmet Pizza Kitchen at Castle Hill is pretty good too.

I think they're just take away and delivery.. which is fine, cos then you can supply your own wine.
