I'm young/old enough just to remember things before the WWW.

I already feel anti-tech enough to be considered an old man. I wonder what people will think of me when I am actually an old man.

    How old are you anyway?

    My guess, 23.

Yes, I didn't know much of the history until I read the article.

It would be interesting to see what they think. They would probably say, "You were alive before the Internet?"

You were alive before humans walked on the moon, which is crazy to someone my age.

That would be even more shocking to the people of the future.

However, for us living now in 2011, 1969 (when man first walked on the moon... July 20, to be exact) was not that long ago.

I remember life before the internet. Quite fondly, too. For a family which made its money in Silicon Valley, we were awfully late to the internet. We didn't get it until around '98 or so at home.

I can't believe Al Gore has been lying to me this whole time! I thought he invented it!

Yeah, that is also when I got my first computer (and Internet connection)... Aug., 1998.

The Internet if fun, of course, but I did enjoy the 1970s and '80s. Especially the '70s when there were still arcades with pinball machines and I could go bike riding in the local hills before it was all developed. And there was TV and the radio, those were very entertaining.
