nice observation, i agree, plus, this is the first scion i've liked. Also, i'm excited for the factory options such as carbon fiber engine cover, among others

I agree, better than the xA and xB, but I still don't like the styling. The front fascia is just dull, looks like a previous-generation Accord. The sides don't seem to be sculpted at all, just sort of barn-door flat. Also, the wheelbase looks odd, like it's just a tad too long for the car.

On the plus side, that's a pretty impressive torque number, should make for a fun drive and a nice steady powerband, much better for everyday driving than the peaky Celica motor.

Sesquipedalian -- a really cool word. It means long-winded, polysyllabic, or verbose. See the word describes itself...isn't that neat?

If you look at it from the front, it looks a lot like a Skyline GT-R

That's much, much better! back coudl stil use some work in styling, but 160hp/163tq?! That's a big improvement over the old Scion engines.

At first glance, I thought the xb was ugly, but the shape has grown on me to the point where I actually like it, and long to see on in person. I think it was Toyota's response to the Honda Element, although the Honda didn't really need a response, it's so ugly!

As for the TC, I like it, although it's a bit too feminine for my tastes
