    Guaranteed not to be.

These don't fully model drivetrain so can't compensate forgear changes.
Nor for tyre footprint size, slip, deformation.
    Or power band
OR a million other things in the real world.
A VERY few try to do all these, but end up asking you a hundred question and remove all the fun !!!

Sorry, UK, a bit of fun, but useless

Mind you I think Koenigsegg and Bugatti may have been using i tto get their 1/4 and 0-60 times recently

F1 cars weigh 600 Kg which is 1300lbs. That gives 7s for the 1/4

According to this thing, my dad's Ford Taurus (completely stock and such) should get around 17.16 seconds (about 3,300 pounds and 155hp) and my future (at least, I hope my future) 1988 V-8 Fiero with a ZZ4 GM crate engine should be about 12.61 seconds (about 3,000 pounds and 355hp). That actually doesn't sound too far off from what I've read on the 'net from people who have done similar conversions.
No-so-proud owner of a 1986 Mustang LX with the 2.3L four. Anyone wanna buy it? $500. I'll post some pics and info in the user's rides section soon.

I don't need anything too fancy, just something that can get me to the sun and back in 5 seconds flat.

I wanna see a comparison test between the Saleen SR, Lamborghini Gallardo, Ford GT, and Ferrari Challange Stradale. Anyone wanna help me with that? I already know who'd win, though ;).

This calculator unfortunately doesn't work too well for very extreme cases. Wally Larson's LE-1 GroundFighter's best real-life run was an 8.6, largely because it couldn't get traction for basically the entire 1/4 mile. This calculator says that it should hypothetically run a 6.1

    '94 Intrepid ES (3.3L) :D

Greatness: repeated higher level performances over a long period of time.
