One thing you left out of this eqaution is price?

tough choice, but I think i would have to go with the 612. Seems a little bit more of a drivers car comapred with the other 2. Especially as it is the only one with a manual gearbox!

    nice pics to!

its gonna have to be the DB9 anywhere always!
There is 3 people on a boat with loads of children running around it, the 3 people are: 1. Bob geldof, 2. Ozzy Osbourne, and 3. Micheal jackson, they're sailing out for the G8 live aid, they've hit a rock and they're sinking, bob says: "save the children!" ozzy says: "Fuc the children!"

Micheal says "have we got time?"

You didn't see Top Gear then.

The CL65 is very fast in a straight line, then it all goes horribly, horribly wrong through the corners. It put in a distinctly average lap time, although I forget exactly what it was.

Personally I think the 612 is hideous, so I'd go for the DB9.
    Thanks for all the fish

My pick is the DB9, being the lightest and hopefully more nimble.

Anybody with a good local newsagent should be able to pick up next month's Wheels Magazine, they'll be doing a comparison between the Continental GT, 612 Scaglietti (spelling?) and the DB9

    @Coventrysucks
You are right. The Benz is less sportscar but more luxury car the the others.
Thats why the setup isn't that good for a rough corner-track.

I couldnt put it a better way myself
The Merc may be the most powerful but MY GOD is it ugly, its a big square chunk of a car, just like all the others Mercedes, and you're right, i dont think they must have many corners in Germany
The 612 is a hideous looking thing, ashamed to call it a ferrari! None of these two cars come close to the DB9; its beautiful, gorgeous, handles like a dream and feels like one too.

Ofcourse its the Aston, there is no obvious reason to choose the Merc or the Scag

    Incorrect!

Aston Martin DB9: Gearbox: 6 Speed Manual
Only the old chunky boring merc is an automatic

For a small fee, AMG will adjust the limiter to 186mph (300km/h).
Still doesn't go round corners very well.
    Thanks for all the fish

I'd take the Aston, because on American roads, any performance beyond a certain point just lands you in jail, so I'll just decide on looks.
