Really? I know you had the cars, like the Viper. But, they were still under the Chrysler nameplate. I thought I read in a press release that the Dodge name had never been formally released outside North America.

I could swear i remember seeing dodge neons around. i'll have to look into it...

In the UK they were called Chrysler Vipers but everyone always called 'em Dodge Vipers because that was the more famous name. There weren't actually any hugely visible "Chrysler" badges on the car as far as im aware. The only difference is in the log book etc.

We've had Plymouth and Dodge Neons.

I think the Dodge name might be owned in Europe (or perhaps the UK) by Renault. We had Dodge trucks here about 20 years back which became part of the Renault group.
