i saw this on TV here, apparently everyone in the audience was selcted becasue they were having financial probs, their current cars had like 400000 miles on them etc, they wernt just random. those cars were 40k AUD! i wooda loved one!

Oprah always gives stuff away, this was for her new season debut, she also gave a girl whod been in orphanges and foster care all her life a 4 year college scholarship and a family with 8 foster kids who were going to be kicked out of their home 150k USD to pay off their mortgage and fix the house up. Damn nice things to do if you ask me.

whats a crock? Pontiac donated the cars. and if you read my earlier post the cars went to people who needed them, not just randoms

Pontiac also handled all the registration fees and taxes, and if the person wanted different colors/options, apparently it was provided for them- those people truly got free cars.
