Reputation System Vote - Part 2

Now that a little time has passed, I'm curious to see how our results would be if we took another poll. The simple question once again is, do you care for the reputation system?

Last time there was a poll it resulted in a pro-rep/anti-rep ratio of 1.87 to 1.

This is a public poll. - Click on the numbers to see who has voted for which option. (We can also see if anyone who has "left" has come back just to vote )

personally i voted for it to stay away, i really dont think thatit is necessary on a forum like this even if it is nice to have a dfferent type of recognition

I was never too keen on rep, and never really could be bothered with the hassle of going through the motions, especially if I was replying to a thread anyway.
    Thanks for all the fish

I found it interesting but seeing it was so contentious I suppose we can do without it.

i think rep should come back. take a look at how many users received below 0 rep, maybe 3 or 4? i do think rep keeps us in line, but we didn't need to think about it. now that we realize what we can do/say, ucp is becoming the next sc.net! and personally i don't like to see the mods get bashed for becoming stricter. they need to be strict, to keep those that are going crazy because rep is gone, in line. my solution would be:

    PULEASEEEE BRING BACK REP!!!!!

P.S., I'm posting this in every rep-related thread

I voted no. The original system did have its flaws and i'd have to have a close look at a new system before i voted for it of course. I'm all for a system that gives some reference to the good, helpful members of the UCP community though

"No" gets my vote, but I like the idea of something new. The rep system was fun, let's get something similar to it.
