Put it this way, I live pretty deep into my apartment complex. Well today I was smoking a cigarette on the balcony and could hear him when he was turning into the apartment complex. He made every damn car alarm go off on his way in too.

He has a nice truck all around though, he's also got hydrolics, side exhaust (Borla, and it sounds great!) and some other goodies. I'm not to keen on hydrolics, but seeing a big 'ole truck like that bouncing up and down is great.

I don't know about other countries or states but in CA you can get a ticket for playing your sound system too loud

its a law in some counties in massachusetts...
in some places cops actually go out and measure decibel levels

(edit: story time! dont ask why, but i was with a couple of my friends and we were blasting the theme song to boondock saints in a parking lot last march. Cop pulls me over and comes to the window. heres the conversation:
    Cop:....
Me: what seems to be the problem?
Cop: what seems to be the problem? the problem is you. you were being a f**kin d**k.
    Me: oh.. well sorry then
Cop: step out of the car

he didnt arrest me, luckly all he could do was give a huge warning. good times )

As stupid as this thread was meant to be, installing a sub box facing backwards may increase the volume by up to 3db which is equivalent to either double your amp output or increasing your sub from 10" to 12".
