    File Conversion

    How do I convert bitmap files into jpeg files, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    if you open it up in a program like photoshop, you can just hit file -> save as and choose jpeg as the setting.

    You can do it in paint too. Open the picture in paint (Right click - Edit) and then save it selecting the jpeg option.

    yeah thats all there is to it. I find it quicker in MS Paint, the settings for ps load real slow on my pc

    There are loads of programs which allow you to convert.
    Most image editing progs do.

    Open your .bmp > Save As > .jpg
    Even MS Paint v5.1 does it!

    Edit: Beaten to it!

    maybe sumfing wrong with ur PC
    maybe hes trying to say he cant seem to find jpeg
    i dunno, random guess.
    but i cant save files as jpeg, i have to open programs too :P:P

    I just ended up downloading software that converts files, but thanks for the help y'all!
