consider I have probably only 2 specific time of the year that I get to go out and snap lots of photos(Febuary's autoshow here, and during summer), all my pic are snapped during that time. And because of the restriction none of those time are eligible....

People who takes lot of pictures all the year should have a big stock of good pictures, not the same for the people who have only some events 1 time on 1 or 2 months
