No, he doesn't seem to have Down Syndrome. If that being the case I wouldn't have posted it.

Apparently he thought it would a be "cool idea" to record himself fighting like a "Yedi" and then send it over to George Lucas or something and be the next star... But some friend stole the video and placed it on the internet... That's just what I heard.
