I have it on xBox, and the only two things that really dissapoiint me are:

The city is so small, I mean just glance at MM3, which has 2 HUGE cities!
the other is how bad the cf looks. I mean, one look at your Mustang tells the tale It looks better on xBox, but it's still pretty dissapointing

the steering IS slow and IS poor but the visuals are great maybe its worth getting just for that

Why are the pics soo dull and.......well dull. On my computer, the game looks a little bit more colourful and shiny.
I'll attach the pictures later because right now I'm on my laptop and my game and pics are on my computer.
