Halo 2 or GTA:San Andreas

I wanted to know what is better, Halo 2 or GTA:San Andreas ?
I dont have either of them but I know they are both kickass games and want to get them immediatly. Also, anyone know when San Andreas is coming out considering that I only have XBOX ?

i voted halo 2, its just that it looks really good, and + waiting for so long for a sequel means that the developers, etc. have had a lot of time to make it almost perfect.

I'll probably get NFS 2 before I get Halo 2. The first NFS was, I thought a awesome game and one of the best games i've ever played besides halo and GTA

They are both different in their own rights. Halo is a First-Person RPG with something in mind. S.A. is a First-Person with the objective of kicking everybody's ass

I don't think there is any console game that can compete w/ the Halo duo. I might be a little biased since I own an X-box and love halo, but the game is impecable.

Halo 2 collectors edition, WTF, San Andreas gets 4 votes?!? I know you said everyone has their own views but a game w/ mindless killing, no aiming/driving skills involved, boring gameplay can't be THAT good.

I totally agree with Rockefella, i never understood the awesomeness of GTA, and it also has like a paragraph under the warning label, very bad game if you ask me, too many kids are playing it these days. I love Halo so im gonna have to go with Halo 2!

yeah, but it's only fun for a month or two, or how ever long it takes to beat the game + 1 week for useless fun. I still find myself playing Halo w/ friends once in a while and the game has come out 4 yrs ago I believe.
