The Ford GT uses a Ricardo gearbox. But anyway the point I was trying to make is that those Tremecs when bolted up to 'production' Holdens and Falcon racers (with narrowish rubber and about 40% of the comparable hp) have hardly proven to be a 'bulletproof' transmission. Which leads me to think that it'd be a brave manufacturer that provided a meaningful consumer warranty on any manual transmission in any vehicle that made 1000hp

Found some pics taken by a web magazine.
(normal people look at the numberplates, carenthusiasts recognise the little amber light spots in the fascia to know in which country this car has been registered)
