Kidty, I'm not actually sure how many litres are in the tank, so I wouldn't be able to gauge how efficient it is till I fill it up myself. (dude sold it with full tank)
Cheers Chris, It is very cool

My idiot moment, WB... thought it was the current version GTR, which really does have lousy seats if you're tall.
Please disregard question about "de-contenting"... keep it stock!
Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...
This car has a non standard optional Nismo cluster - which means the speedo reads up to 260kph and not 180 like factory.
The odometer reads at 107,xxx Km. now, Usually I would be thinking that it is wound back, or when the cluster was swapped they used a lower Km Odometer.
Either way I do not mind the total number of kilometers, as its not the amount of Km but how the car is treated that matters in the long run.
The car feels taught, well strung and solid. No rattles, shakes or loose trim inside. which all point to a well maintained car.
The dash is crack free -A problem in early 90's Nissans that come to Australia and sit in the hot sun.
In terms of a "to do" list, realistically I'll be clearing the debt first. Once that is done I will be thinking about some decent suspension (coilovers etc) and wheels.
Beyond that I wouldn't mind a [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ly7WQ4hKMHU"]Kakimoto Regu (Youtubelink)[/ame] exhaust and a cold air intake.
The plan is by far and wide to keep it usable and in good condition.

And I should add any changes I make will be easily replaced with standard parts.

Car looks great man! Congrats!
Is this a Japanese import or one of the Australian delivery GT-Rs for Bathurst homologation?
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
Clutch is correct, this is a personal import. I am the second owner in Australia.
The Australian delivered GTR's on the market currently are going for about 45/60 thousand dollars depending on condition.
Its a bit ridiculous.

what's the basic plan btw? some minor easily reversible mods - wheels, coilovers, exhaust, fog light delete?
how are the brakes
Andreas Preuninger, Manager of Porsche High Performance Cars: "Grandmas can use paddles. They aren't challenging."
Why do the Aus delivered ones go for so much? Is it just relative rarity?
Life's too short to drive bad cars.
crashed at bathurst and all that, jdm guys go for that sort of thing

Only a small number were imported, they were all also N1 spec IIRC so have better oil systems and bigger brakes.
The brakes on mine require a decent hit on the pedal to start gripping, but the warmer the brakes are the better it stops forward progress.
The rears are drilled rotors and the fronts are just normal discs, but are quite ****ing huge and fill up all available room under the standard wheels.
Plans are legitimately just wheels, coils, oil cooler, rear swaybar and a few other things to keep it reliable and well behaved on a track.
