The article in the mag is a scream. ... Maybe a little close to the edge on references to the last time a tank engine drove through that area, but PPC aren't known for their European politcal correctness.
I'm not sure abouthe legality of preventing a visiting car that conforms to the standards of one European nation because it doesn't meet the stricter ones of another.
