actually i think bugatti is french. at least thats what a book and the ultimate car page said. i thought that bugatti was italian at first because of the name but i think either ettore bugatti was french or made all of his cars in france or something. i might be wrong, but bugatti still is one of the best car makers of all time.

What I heard was the founder of the Company Bugatti was Italian that lived in France… he was a raced Driver in his time and later established his own company in France… But the new car is also made in France and it owned by the VAG..
