wish Porsche would dominate LM again one day!!
Apparently Peter van Merksteijn is looking at obtaining an Audi R10 for next year...

Says it's "one of the options"
interesting, at the end of last year it was rumoured that Peugeot was considering selling cars to clients in 2008, but that never materialised...Audi never ventilated such ideas. And if van Merksteijn only wants the best he might better choose a Pug. A current R10 will be obsolete next year as Audi is working already on a new car.
"I find the whole business of religion profoundly interesting, but it does mystify me that otherwise intelligent people take it seriously." Douglas Adams
Might be easier to secure a Peugeot since yes, the Peugeot Sport boss said he'd be more than willing to sell customer cars.
It was rumoured for a while that Pescarolo was going to buy a 908, but then they merged with Saulnier Racing (which I think was a horrible move, denting Henri's hopes of a win)
In other news, it seems there was considerable Toyota support in the Dome garage, with the driver lineup being Toyota backed, indicating a possible return by Toyota next year.

If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.
