    Koenigsegg Quant

No info other than this teaser and that it'll apparently be a 4 door supersaloon.

the second image/rendering is the updated CCX interior, without the gear shifter due to the new gearbox.
iirc Koenigsegg said they were going to unveil a sedan about when Fisker started wondering about the Karma.

Ah, at last. a properly radical and distinctive super duper saloon (provided it is one, obviously) even if it does look a bit like something Juno Reactor would put in an album cover.

besides personal taste, I thought the Karma was exactly that, even if it doesn't reach 200 mph or 60 mph in sub 3 secs.

It slipped my mind. Which kinda proves my point really

But now that you mention the Karma, that´s been around for ages and AFAIK there´s not a single word on production, or at least the first one being delivered.

Perhaps we should all be in a state of "I`ll believe it when i see it" about it, especially in times like these?

the Karma has been around since just a couple of years or even less, firstly with the concept, now with the production version.
words on production are they are delivering the first ones in third quarter of 2009, and they are quite serious on that, and financially safe, not as Tesla for example.
they are already creating a network of dealers, 4 in Italy (which is also the base of their European counterpart).

What is currently the fastest saloon/sedan anyway? Some Australian car (forgot the name, no offense)?

The rendering is a bit weird. Looks like Batman's ride from the front.

that, in the Speed trim, or the S65 probably without the speed limiter, I don't remember the name it has.

I think that the "de-limited" S65 AMG still is limited to 300km/h. So it's probably the Conti FS Speed.

a de-limited m5 will do over 200 though... the CFS will only do 198 or so.

I read somwhere 330 km/h as a speculated top speed for a de-limited for an E60 M5, but I doubt that, they are just basing on the fact the limiter cut the power when the car is still accelerating in 6th.
