    Prodrive into space age

Prodrive expandes its business case by entering new market sectors.

They have manufactured a number of lightweight panels for the recently launched Cibola Flight Experiment satellite.

Now, if they could transfer that technology into Aston Martin, it would be intersting

Hope they have more success than McLaren who were involved in Beagle 2

I can see it now: Aston Martin: First British Sports Car in Space! or maybe the next Moon Rover will be Aston powered. I'd be down with that!

yeah, a V12 that doesn't need air to run... that would indeed be interesting.

You have to remember that it is the owner of prodrive who owns aston prodrive has no direct links and it will probably remain that way except for the racing division. Aston is still the same as before with the same employees, factories and suppliers. Prodrive is relatively small, they don't have the largest site ever and the majority of employees even work weekends without pay at present just to keep up with existing projects
