porche 996's a lot cheaper now?

i'm just asking if the new 997 model has triggered a major drop in price for the 996, because i'm seeing a lot of 996 carreras on the road, and 996 boxters are getting quite common in the city. i've only seen one 997 tho

this may be due to the fact that the 997 is brand new and hardly any will have been sold yet. wheras the 996 is about 8 years old and many have been sold

It may get 993 cheaper and that are the real good news because it was the last great Porsche.

    No 996 Boxster.

    There is a 986 Boxster.

And yes, the price of 996s will go down as people "upgrade" to 997s flooding the market, but I would doubt that that would come about overnight.
    Thanks for all the fish

The Boxster - mid engined, two-seat convertible entry level Porsche with the headlights nicked from the 996 is the 986.

The 911 - rear engine, 2+2 coupe and convertible with a wide range of specs inc. 4wd, targa roof, GT3, GT2, Turbo, Turbo S etc is the 996.
    Thanks for all the fish
