    i am curious as to why G-teki and the other member think that it (the maloo) is not the fastest ute? its confirmed by the guiness world record books, its official, whats up?

    Well, it's gonna have to be good because the Maloo is already more powerful, and is only going to get more powerful, and has the added benefit (if you don't need to carry a lot of weight) of IRS.

    The only reason Ford havent made a challenge yet is because they fit 250km/h speed limiters to their top cars.

    Theres no gurantee that the 2008 model will change that. If they keep the same single model with the removable rear tub, its unlikely. If they do what Holden have done, which is the more expensive path, of having a seperate cab chassis and utility body its likely they might loosen the reigns on the ute body.

    I think he was refering more to the "pulling something out of their arses" as in how much work they put into the BA
