Anyone going to any festivals/gigs/concerts in the next few months?

just curious as to whether anyone's going to see any bands anytime soon. i'm off to see trivium and annihilator in plymouth next week, then the australian pink floyd in truro next month. In june i'm off to the donnington download festival which keeps kicking arse every year. 4th year in a row for me!! the week after i'm off to see type o negative in birmingham, then motorhead and alice cooper in novermber and finishing off with heaven and hell (black sabbath with dio) with iced earth and lamb of god. my year in music already planned. hopefully going to see metallica at wembley in june aswell as ozzy and black label society. and hoping for a machine head tour in the winter.

Well, I went to the NYIAS today, but I guess that doesn't count. Last music event I was at was when John Fogerty came to the Mohegan Sun in, I think November. Good times though.

I might go to Reading (unlikely, as I can't be arsed), but am definitely going to see Incubus at the Carling Academy in September. Can't wait.

Apart from local gigs, next one I'm definately going to is Agnostic Front (hell ****ing yeah) which I'm shooting, but apart from that there's a bunch of big acts that I want to see coming to Canberra over the next month or two, Josh Pyke, Something With Numbers, Birds of Tokyo, Youth Group and then 28Days final show ever in Canberra. Oh and I'm seeing Jamie T in Syndey on the 8th and want to see Sick Of It All + Comeback Kid in Sydney on the 15th.

Ooo I love concerts and festivals. I'm seeing Nas on Tuesday, then Modest Mouse the following week. Also I'm going to attempt to get some scalped tickets for The Arcade Fire and Bright Eyes in May. (damn they sell fast).

I think I'm going to hit up Bonnaroo in Tennessee this year, anyone going to that? White Stripes, Flaming Lips, Wilco... need I say more? And then there's the freakin' World Electronic Music Festival in TO in July. I have a feeling it's going to be a good summer for live shows.
i was waiting on a moment, but the moment never came. all the billion other moments, were just slipping all away. i must have been tripping, we're just slipping all away. just ego tripping.

Got tickets for Bonnaroo. This will be my 6th time. As I've grown older & more responsible it becomes harder to get out to shows. The festival allows me to see all my old favorites at once like: Widespread, Ben Harper, Gov't Mule, North Mississippi All-stars, and Galactic. Undoubtedly I will stumble (literally) into the late night tents & discover many new sounds. Pretty damn exited about the Police also.
