    Arrinera Hussarya Prototype 2008-2011

    Supercar from Poland by Veno Automotive S.A. (Warsaw)

    In brief:

    Audi S6 and RS6 4,2l V8 engines - 350-450 hp
    Optional tuning: 700 hp, 810 Nm
    Top speed: 300-330 km/h (186-205 mph)
    Fiber-glass or carbon body (additional cost of 100k PLN = 46k $ or 27k €), carbon brakes, leather, thermovision camera...
    Hand production: 10-12 per year (total production: 50 units).
    First unit will be ready very soon.

    Plans for 2009: Corvette C6 based version with engines LS3-LS9 from 430 hp up to 800, 1000 and 1100 hp (Lingenfelter twin turbo).

    Plans for distant future: electric powered version.

    What sports car has it? I think Cadillac has (had?) it, and BMW too. But is it that effective?

    There is no word about engine location (but there is engine cover in center, so...)...

    ...on which car is this based? it is a mid engine car (at least, there is a window in the middle of the car, I guess is not to let the thieves know how many luggages there are in the boot), so it couldn't be the Corvette C6...

    They're not telling on what it is based right now. They are going to put C6 into pieces (they reportedly already had bought one C6) whatever that means... We will see...
