Chassis HU91 Through Heini Mader, this T297 was sold new to French racer Dominique Lacaud. He entered the BMW-engined car with backing from Gitanes in the 1978 24 Hours of Le Mans. Starting 30th, it was not classified in the end. It made two further appearances at Le Mans, failing to fin>>>

Chassis HU92 Sold to Eugen Grupp, this was the fourth and last T297 produced in 1978. It was raced extensively in the Interserie by Grupp with considerable success. He was competitive for several seasons, scoring a third at Erding in 1979 and a second at Most as late as August of 1981. C>>>
