Click here to download printer friendly versionThe performance data of the Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo increased-displacement engine speak volumes: 625 kW / 850 horsepower (838 bhp) at a low 5,400 rpm are just as unique for a street-legal sedan as is a constant torque of 1,450 Nm (1,069 lb-ft) between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm. In the car this figure is limited to 1,150 Nm (848 lb-ft) to reduce stress on the entire drivetrain. Of course this high-performance engine is also backed by the one-of-a-kind Brabus Tuning Warranty of three years, up to 100,000 kilometers/62,000 miles.

In conjunction with the modified SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission the new engine lifts all versions of the E 63 to a performance level previously virtually inconceivable for a sedan or a wagon. With rear-wheel drive the Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo sprints from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds. With 4MATIC all-wheel drive and the added traction it provides this exercise actually takes only 3.1 seconds. Depending on the tires, the final drive ratio and the programming of the Brabus Vmax unit, the top speed ranges between 300 km/h (186 mph) and more than 350 km/h (217 mph).

In addition, Brabus offers three more performance stages for all current E 63 variants that do without a displacement increase. Their power outputs range from 456 kW / 620 horsepower (611 bhp) and 478 kW / 650 horsepower (641 bhp) to 537 kW / 730 horsepower (720 bhp) for the Brabus B63S-730 version.

Favorable aerodynamic properties are essential for perfect handling stability at the tremendous speeds attained by such powerful vehicles. The Brabus designers went into the wind tunnel to develop bodywork components made from extremely lightweight yet ultra-strong carbon fiber.

The front spoiler lip attaches to the underside of the production bumper of the E 63. Its shape reduces negative lift on the front axle of sedan and wagon.

Also made from this superlight composite material are the Brabus rear separation edge and the diffuser insert, which provides the perfect backdrop for the two dual tailpipes of the Brabus sport exhaust.

The immense top speed of the Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo requires special high-performance tires supplied by technology partners Continental, Pirelli and Yokahama. The largest version features one-piece Brabus Monoblock F or R wheels of size 9.5Jx20 with high-speed-capable tires of sizes 255/30 ZR 20 on the front axle and 295/25 ZR 20 tires in back. There is also a version featuring Brabus Monoblock R "Platinum Edition" forged wheels of size 9Jx20 in front and size 10.5Jx20 on the rear axle.

The Brabus fine leather interior, which is handcrafted meticulously by the experienced upholsterers of the automotive refinement specialist, can be ordered in any desired color. Brabus aluminum shift paddles with a highly ergonomic design and Brabus RACE pedals add a markedly sporty note.

The Brabus 850 6.0 Biturbo can be ordered as a complete car or Brabus can convert any existing current Mercedes E 63 entirely or step by step to this specification.
