Page 1 of 1  The Noble M12 GTO is the latest creation of Lee Noble. He has previously worked on the design of cars like the Ultima, Ascari and McLaren F1. The M12 GTO definitely deserves a place in the before mentioned list. The relatively small and lightweight midengined M12 GTO is powered by a Ford V6 engine equipped with two watercooled Garrett Turbochargers. The 310bhp Mondeo derived engine rockets the South Africa built car from 0 - 60 mph in under 4 seconds and the getting to a standstill from 60mph takes less than 3 seconds. With the help of the huge carbon fibre rear wing it has a peak lateral grip of 1.156g (on road tires).Page 1 of 1 |
