Chassis:
Italian privateer racer Ferdinando Pagliarini was the original owner of this 250 GTO. He campaigned the car in local races and hillclimbs with considerable success. Late in 1963, he sold to Ecurie Francorchamps, who only campaigned the car twice with a third in class at the 1964 Tour de France for Claude Dubois and Philippe de Montaigu as the best result. The latter later acquired the car and raced it in 1965 before selling it to another French privateer racer. Since then, it has passed through the hands of collectors like Pierre Bardinon (twice), Jess G. Pourret and Giorgio Perfetti. The current owner bought the car in 1994 and is an American collector and historic racer.
