Chassis:
One of the earliest TZ2s produced, this example was extensively campaigned by the Autodelta team. It was first raced at the 1966 Sebring 12 Hours, where Lucien Bianchi and Bernard Consten failed to finish due to a gearbox issue. Back in Europe, it was raced at Monza, in the Targa Florio and at Nürburgring 1000 km where it placed first in class. At the end of the year, chassis 106 was retired from the contemporary racing. Following a spell in the UK, it was sold to the United States where it was raced in historic events. The current, American owner acquired the car during the mid-2000s and has since had the TZ2 restored to the livery used in the 1966 Targa Florio.
