Chassis:
The seventh and final first generation 905 built, this example debuted at the 1992 Monza 1000 km. Derek Warwick and Yannick Dalmas used it to qualify on pole but failed to reach the finish. For Le Mans, Warwick and Dalmas were joined by Mark Blundell. Starting second, they ended up winning the race outright, scoring the first ever Le Mans win for Peugeot. Later in the year, Warwick and Dalmas also won the Suzuka 1000 km race with this car. In 1993, it was only used at the Le Mans Test and in the race. Driven by Thierry Boutsen, Teo Fabi and Dalmas, it finished second overall behind the victorious sister car.
