Chassis:
Chassis 006 was the 935/78 used by Porsche for all of the the type's four outings in 1978. It made a glorious debut at the Silverstone 6 Hours race where it was convincingly driven to victory by Jochen Mass and Jacky Ickx. In the subsequent outings the car proved quick but fragile. At the end of the season, it was retired to the Porsche museum where it still resides currently. The car sports the livery used at Le Mans to score an 8th place finish after starting third. Although still fully functioning, 'Moby Dick' is only given rare outings.
