Gooding & Company has got some interesting numbers for this prototype's engine: "At MPI, the Lamborghini was run-in on a chassis dyno, with several days spent tweaking the engine for maximum performance. After fine tuning, the SV Prototype produced an estimated 417 bhp and an amazing 349 lbs./ft. (473 Nm) of torque at the crankshaft, maintaining 85% of its maximum torque from as low as 3,000 rpm all the way through to 7,200 rpm. As suspected, these figures are far beyond the factory figures (i.e., 385 bhp) and further suggest that the SV Prototype incorporated subtle internal tweaks that were not found in subsequent production cars.".
