The remaining race seats are quickly filling up with Esteban Gutierrez announced at Sauber and Charles Pic at Caterham. That means that this could very well also be the final Grand Prix for Kamui Kobayashi, Vitaly Petrov and/or Heiki Kovalainen...

Kobayashi with no seat is a nonsense really.
Hamilton will start his final race on pole, while Vettel and Alonso are 4th and 7th on the grid after Maldonado received a penalty:

Congratulations Mr. Vettel.
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
F1 is so boring.
Exceptional race. Congratulations to the back to back to back champion Sebastian Vettel! The best driver (in Alonso) did not win, which is not too surprising. Hamilton was robbed of the championship by his team unfortunately.
I was hoping Hulkenburg would grab the win. It wasnt to be unfortunately. F1 needs more rain. I know Vettel has his detractors but who can deny he is a great driver?

He is great. Alonso and Hamilton are greater.
I think I would give Vettel the edge on Hamilton, though I agree that Alonso is probably the most talented driver on the grid.
Maybe if Hamilton wasn't a two-year-old he would have racecraft comparable to Vettel's... oh wait, Vettel's younger.
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
Hated seeing finger prick win the c'ship again.
The race was a lottery beginning to end.
I was hoping for the 9th(IIRC?) winner of the season....but Hulkenburg basically ruined his own race....the same corner that people seems to bang wheel(or not) properly, he managed to take Hamilton out....meh...
The race was pretty exciting, was kinda rooting for Alonso and he got pretty damn close to taking it. But ultimately Red Bull is a fast enough car to recover with yet again, help of safety car and the variable condition....
Surprised nothing was even being investigated in that Vettel/Senna incident...much like Senna said in the interview, he cut across the track when its probably assumed that there are A BUNCH OF CARS around him....
Massa was a pretty awesome #2....

So what about Vettel passing under yellows? I knew it would be brushed under the rug, but I want to hear what became of it.
Apparently they were red/yellow flags, so it was not an issue.
