Chassis:
Featured is the first of two 935 K4s produced. It was raced in 1981 for Kremer by Wollek in Europe with limited success. It peformed better the next season when it was raced in North America by John Fitzpatrick. He made some modifications to the ducting forcing more air through the intercoolers, which bumped the power of the three litre to a staggering 900 bhp. Fitzpatrick scored five victories in 1982. Fitzpatrick sold the car in 1986 and among the subsequent owners was actor Nicholas Cage. Prominent American collector Robson Walton bought the car in 2007 and entrusted it to Brian Redman for the 2007 Monterey Historic Races. In 2014, it was sold and most recently, the first 935 K4 was offered by Canepa.
