Chassis:
One of the final three 288 GTO Evoluziones built, this chassis was sold in December of 1988 to the late Jacques Swaters, Ferrari's representative in Belgium at the time and the founder of Ecurie Francorchamps. He retained the car in his private collection and did not register it for the road until September of 1999. In more recent years, the car was sold and following a spell in the United Kingdom, it now resides in the United States. In 2013, it was brought to The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering where it starred alongside almost the entire range of Ferrari supercars, including the very rare F50 GT and one-off P4/5 by Pininfarina.
