Chassis:
This early Porsche 911 was acquired new by the first, American owner directly from the factory in Germany. Once it arrived in San Francisco, the car was sparsely used. Its final contemporary outing before being put into storage was for the 1975 Porsche Parade in Monterey. As a result, it has survived in highly original condition. At the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, where the Porsche 911's 50th anniversary was celebrated, it won the top award in the Post-War Preservation Class.
