Chassis:
One of the earliest Cabriolets built by Vignale, this example was identical to the car shown at the 1952 Geneva Motor Show debut. It is believed to have been sold new to the New York area but its earliest history is not entirely clear. In 1964, it resurfaces in Germany and was subsequently shipped back to the United States. During the late 1970s, it was restored by its then Texas based owner. A fellow Texan showed the car at the 2009 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
