Chassis:
Originally numbered 5233, this is the fifth and final Cunningham C-3 clothed by Vignale with a Cabriolet body. It was acquired new by Irving Robberts, who is believed to have traded it in for a C-2R competition car. Immediately after taking delivery of the car in 1954, he showed it at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Later in its life, it was featured in the notable publications including Road & Track and the Encyclopedia of American Cars. Chassis 5441 has remained in American ownership throughout its life and among the most recent custodians was Briggs Cunningham's late daughter Lucie Cunningham McKinney, who passed away in 2014.
